Attachment and Relationships Group

Join the Utah Center for Post Traumatic Growth (UCPTG) for a 12 week group exploring attachment styles and how these impact our relationships. In this group you will learn more about your own attachment style, and explore how this shows up in your adult relationships.

Group will be facilitated by UCPTG founder Mara Haight, CMHC and Carson Pettingill, CSW-I on Wednesday nights from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm April 9th – June 25th, 2025.
